Clarity first
I will tell you what I know, what I do not know, and what deserves further investigation. Good decisions begin with useful information.

A home is a financial decision, a physical place, and the setting for a life. My role is to help you understand all three, then make the decision that is right for you.
Seattle + East King CountyWhy I do this work
Real estate deserves clear thinking, honest communication, and respect for the weight of the decision.
I came to this work with experience as an Army veteran, business owner, and general contractor. Each taught me something different about responsibility, preparation, problem solving, and the importance of following through.
That background shapes the way I serve clients today. I look carefully at the home in front of us, explain what I see in plain language, and bring in the right specialist when a question calls for expertise beyond my role.
How I work
You should have room to ask questions, understand the tradeoffs, and move at a pace that respects your goals.
I will tell you what I know, what I do not know, and what deserves further investigation. Good decisions begin with useful information.
Construction experience helps me look beyond presentation and think about condition, maintenance, potential, and the work a home may require.
The goal is not simply to complete a transaction. It is to help you make a choice that fits your finances, daily life, and plans for the future.
A contractor’s perspective
Fresh paint and staging can make a strong first impression. They do not tell you how the home has been maintained, which improvements may be realistic, or where additional professional advice is needed.
For buyers, this perspective can help separate manageable projects from serious concerns. For sellers, it can help focus preparation on the work most likely to support buyer confidence and a smoother sale.
My construction background complements the work of inspectors, engineers, contractors, and other specialists. It does not replace their expertise.
Where I work
I serve residential buyers and sellers in Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Bothell, Seattle, and surrounding communities.
Every search begins differently. We might start with a commute, school needs, access to the outdoors, a particular kind of home, or a property you already own. The first step is simply understanding what matters to you.
